Refund & Return Policy

At MNT Glam, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before placing a return or exchange request.
1 Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
The return window starts from the date the order is marked as delivered by the courier.
2 Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- Item is in its original condition with no signs of damage
- Request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is provided
3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cosmetics, beauty products, and skincare items (for hygiene reasons)
- Innerwear and undergarments
- Sale / discounted items (unless received damaged or defective)
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Gift cards or vouchers
4 Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping and offer a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
5 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- 1 Contact us via our contact form or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for return.
- 2 Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility.
- 3 Once approved, securely pack the item and send it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or wrong).
- 4 Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
6 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Cash on Delivery orders
Refund will be issued via bank transfer (EasyPaisa / JazzCash / bank account). Please provide your account details when requesting the return.
Online / card payments
Refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour on eligible items, subject to availability. If the requested variant is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund instead.
Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
